DMCA Copyright Policy
1. Overview
Jobwala365 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA) and other applicable laws, Jobwala365 has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content available on or through Jobwala365 infringes one or more of your copyrights, please send a written notice ("Takedown Notice") containing the following information to our designated agent:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other specific location on the Jobwala365 website where the material can be found.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Please note: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that content you posted on Jobwala365 was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us containing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.

5. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Jobwala365 has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at Jobwala365's sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. Jobwala365 may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
6. Response Timeline
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, Jobwala365 will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 48 hours.
- Notify the content provider, member, or user that the material has been removed or disabled.
- If a valid counter-notification is received, forward it to the original complainant and restore the material within 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.
