DMCA Copyright Policy

1. Overview

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Jobwala365 has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at Jobwala365's sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. Jobwala365 may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

6. Response Timeline

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, Jobwala365 will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 48 hours.
• Notify the content provider, member, or user that the material has been removed or disabled.
• If a valid counter-notification is received, forward it to the original complainant and restore the material within 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.
